Edit a KPI

KPI settings live on the KPI’s own page. Name and description are in the main column. Champion, cadence, unit, and notifications are in the sidebar.

How to get there#

Space home → KPIs → click the KPI row.

What you can change#

  1. Open the KPI.
  2. Click the name at the top to rename it.
  3. In Description, click Add a description… (or the existing text) to edit. Placeholder while editing: “Describe this KPI…”
  4. In the sidebar:
    • Champion: search and pick a person, or leave it as No champion
    • Cadence: click the current value and choose Weekly or Monthly
    • Unit: click the unit text to change it (for example USD, %, users)
    • Notifications: click Subscribe or Unsubscribe. The text below the button says whether you are receiving notifications from this KPI.
  5. Under Actions, click Copy URL to copy the KPI page link. A toast confirms that the URL was copied.

Changes to name, champion, cadence, and unit save as you edit. Description saves when you finish editing that field.

Who can do this#

You need Edit Access or Full Access on the space. Without it, name, description, champion, cadence, and unit are read-only. Copy URL is still available.

Champion search is limited to people in the space.
